These are recent drawings. These were draw on sketchbooks by pencil. I think pencil drawings were difficult, but very interesting. So I will continue drawings when I could have time to draw.

My favorite actor

Ken Ogata is a Japanese actor. He is one of my favorite actors, but he was died in 2008.

I felt sad. Most favorite role of him is "Tunehisa Amago" in Japanese NHK taiga-drama ”Mouri Motonari". I draw him, but it does not so resemble.　

緒方拳さんは日本の俳優です。私の好きな役者さんの一人ですが、2008年にお亡くなりになりました。とても残念です。私が一番好きなのはNHKの大河ドラマ”毛利元就”で演じた、尼子経久です。その時の顔を描いてみましたが、あまり似ていません。

"Shachihoko"

This is the "shachihoko" that is on top of Kochi-jo castle.

Kouchi-jo castle is located on Kochi, Shikoku, Japan.

Usually, shachihoko is seen on top of Japanese old castle.

高知城の鯱鉾です。

"Haniwa"

This is a drawing of "haniwa". Haniwa is a clay image and many haniwa was made in ancient Japan. I like them.

This Haniwa looks like a couple and very friendly each other.

埴輪の絵を描きました。　埴輪は、土で作られた人形で、古代日本で多く作られました。　埴輪は好きです。

この埴輪は、夫婦のようで、とても仲が良さそうです。

Coffee Cup

I bought an coffee cup at annual market of ceramic ware, "To-ki-ichi " in Toki-city, Gifu prefecture.
I bought it at the shop by Yagi-san in Issei-Toen.
This is a good design and good for use, I think.　:)


毎年岐阜県土岐市で開催される陶器市で、今年はコーヒーカップを買いました。
一菁陶園の八木さんが出店されていたお店で購入。
なかなか良いデザインで、使ってみても良い感じです。

”Jindai-Sakura”

Last Sunday, I went to see "Jindai-sakura" in Hokuto-city.
This is the famous cherry tree, living for thousand years.  
It was clear and warm day, many people enjoyed many cherry blossoms.


日曜日に北杜市にある神代桜を見に行ってきました。
有名な桜で、千年以上ある古木です。
晴れて、暖かい日で、多くの見物客が桜を楽しんでいました。
